Once docked into the Thuraya SatSleeve, users can make calls, send SMS messages, and access emails, instant messaging, social media platforms, and other smartphone applications across Thuraya’s extensive satellite network, which includes coverage in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia.

The SatSleeve App is available in 12 languages: Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese (Simplified), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. It is compatible with all iPhones running iOS 8 or later, with physical adaptors available for iPhone models 4/4s/5/5s/6/6s/7.
Please note that the Thuraya SatSleeve is necessary for the use of this app. In Japan, it is marketed by SoftBank Corp. as model 202TH.
