The SATSLEEVE App is designed specifically for users of the SatSleeve for iPhone. For those with newer models such as the SatSleeve+ or SatSleeve Hotspot, it is recommended to download the SATSLEEVE+ / HOTSPOT App instead.

This app effectively transforms an iPhone into a satellite smartphone, providing users with the ability to maintain connectivity beyond conventional terrestrial networks. Once docked into the Thuraya SatSleeve, users can make calls, send SMS messages, and access emails, instant messaging, social media platforms, and other smartphone applications across Thuraya’s extensive satellite network, which includes coverage in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia.

The SatSleeve App is available in 12 languages: Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese (Simplified), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. It is compatible with all iPhones running iOS 8 or later, with physical adaptors available for iPhone models 4/4s/5/5s/6/6s/7.

Please note that the Thuraya SatSleeve is necessary for the use of this app. In Japan, it is marketed by SoftBank Corp. as model 202TH.
